Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase trade volume and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarize yourself with shipping company freight rates, with a preference for US and European lines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers.
  • Manage existing customer accounts to increase trade volume and ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct cold calls and visits to potential customers to provide quotations and proposals.
  • Liaise and coordinate all sales-related inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain and organize customer tariffs and quotations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the air/sea freight industry.
  • Ability to multitask, stay motivated, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned duties.
  • Proficiency in English/Chinese (Malay/Vietnamese preferred).

Work Environment:
