Job Title: Talent Acquisition Leader
DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage with potential candidates through various channels.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure seamless and positive candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Regional Scope: Proven success in hiring across APAC, specifically in Singapore, Australia, and/or Hong Kong.
- Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of product and marketing roles.
- Fintech Acumen (Optional): Familiarity with the fintech industry is an advantage.
