Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  2. Leverage expertise to lead process improvement projects, guiding stakeholders toward successful outcomes.
  3. Cultivate a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.
  4. Maintain regular evaluations of ongoing improvement initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with the Sigma Director to develop and implement Continuous Improvement plans and related metrics.
  6. Provide subject matter expertise on process improvements and facilitate corrective actions as needed.
Essential Competencies:
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced expertise in applying various improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to train operations staff on Lean principles and best practices.
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding results.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and WMS software.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages highly valued.
