Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for senior executives to take on the challenge of shaping the future of business in the ASEAN region. As a transformational leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive regional strategy that drives revenue growth, expands market presence, and fosters strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the overall regional operating plan, including P&L management and annual operating goals.
  • Design and implement a Go-to-Market strategy that leverages the company's strengths across all customer segments (Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB) and industries.
  • Drive sales execution rhythms, including forecasting, pipeline management, strategic account planning, and large-deal governance.
  • Oversee regional expansion strategies, emerging market entry, and investments in long-term growth levers such as digital hubs and industry solutions.
Requirements:
  • Senior executive experience leading large-scale, complex sales, customer success, and Ecosystem organization across multiple countries in the ASEAN region.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling regional operations for enterprise software or SaaS businesses in the region.
  • At least 5-10 years of a proven track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals across diverse customer segments and industry verticals in a similar position.
  • Strong customer relationships across most ASEAN countries, ability to open doors for the sales teams based on respect credibility and execution in past engagements.
  • Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and operational excellence.
  • Deep experience in consultative enterprise selling and C-suite engagement.
  • Ability to influence across matrix global organisation and work cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and partner ecosystems.
  • Recognised as a leader who develops high-caliber talent, builds inclusive teams, and creates cultures of performance and purpose.
  • Executive presence with outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
