Job Role Overview:

This is a full-time position that involves preparing and serving coffee and other beverages. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work well in a team, and have a keen interest in developing professionally in the specialty coffee industry.

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers.
  • Ensure that all equipment is calibrated and maintained to produce consistent results.
  • Preserve and uphold excellent levels of customer service at all times.
  • Responsible for conducting training sessions with colleagues to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Manage stock levels, including ordering and storing products, and liaising with stakeholders as needed.
  • Able to perform cash handling and order-taking duties efficiently.
  • Ensure the maintenance of equipment and report any issues for repair or servicing.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management or immediate supervisors.

Key Requirements:

Service-oriented individuals with good communication skills are essential for this role. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is also required. Team players with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally in the specialty coffee industry are highly sought after.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between S$2,000 and S$2,600 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
