Barista Job

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Barista. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality to customers, colleagues, and vendors
  • Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks using different brewing and preparation methods
  • Stay knowledgeable about current beverage offerings and preparation techniques through ongoing training and education
  • Taste coffee regularly to ensure quality meets our standards and develop your palate
  • Create a welcoming community in our cafes by sharing your passion for coffee with customers and inspiring fellow teammates to do the same
  • Support the team by taking pride in tasks that maintain a smooth and effective cafe operation, including cleaning, clearing, washing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, and organizing condiment stations
  • Maintain proper health and food safety according to guidelines
  • Promote a clean and safe workspace
Requirements:
  • Be proactive and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in learning and making coffee
  • Have an outgoing personality to interact with customers
  • Be passionate about speciality coffee and creating inclusive hospitality experiences
  • Be excited about taking on challenges and possessing a positive attitude
  • Possess a valid food hygiene certificate (an advantage)
