Our Chief Concierge is a pivotal role that requires an accomplished and service-oriented individual to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that our guests' stay exceeds their expectations by delivering unparalleled service and maintaining the Resorts' standard of excellence.

  • Anticipate and meet guests' needs and preferences
  • Tailor services to enhance their stay
  • Extend a warm, friendly and genuine welcome to all guests
  • Handle guest requests and special requirements efficiently

The Chief Concierge will also oversee all concierge operations, ensuring high-quality and personalized service delivery to our Resort's guests.

Operational Management:

Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve guest satisfaction

Monitor and manage metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions

Lead, monitor and manage the concierge team, providing training and support to ensure adherence to our Resorts' service standards

Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans to enhance team skills and service delivery

Requirements:

Qualifications include a Diploma in Hospitality or an equivalent professional qualification

Experience of 4 – 6 years in Guest Relations or similar, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting

Able to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism

Strong leadership and management skills
