Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to project teams, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
- Project Coordination: Assist project leads in managing projects, including setting up new projects, creating project job numbers, and raising invoices.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate monthly status reports on invoices raised and pending, and provide analysis to support business decisions.
- Client Management: Maintain accurate client files, track and follow up on submission of monthly reports, and provide ad-hoc support to clients as needed.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including arranging meetings, updating project-related information, and supporting business generation and marketing teams.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a project/cost/engineering consultancy.
- Skills: Good written and spoken English, ability to work collaboratively in teams, and strong organizational skills.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
