A skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator is sought after to fulfill various responsibilities on a temporary basis. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer master records
- Prepare invoices for non-patient and manage miscellaneous receipts
- Reconcile AR ledger with the general ledger and oversee credit card collections
- Process bad debts and verify statements of account
- Compute professional fees for inpatient billing and verify Medisave transactions
- Handle enquiries from clinic/pharmacy/patients and assist with system integration matters
- Assist in preparing journals and audit schedules
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a minimum A Level or Diploma in Business/Finance/Accounting.
