
Temporary Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing invoice payments, reimbursement claims, and purchase order issuance. Additionally, they will compile and submit monthly billing reports, including Grab invoices, temporary staff, and intern computations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process invoice payments, reimbursement claims, and purchase order issuance
- Compile and submit monthly billing reports
- Manage insurance policies, ensuring timely renewals, coverage, and claims
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for temporary staff and interns
- Coordinate internal events, return-to-office planning, and logistics
- Handle ordering and consolidation of pantry supplies and stationery
- Assist with meeting arrangements, including logistics, material preparation, and minute-taking
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or HR experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
