Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and everyday objects are created using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an annual ARR plan that aligns with Zone and Country ICP/ACP and OKRs.
  • Monitor, track, and improve against APAC Zone and Country Portfolio Development KPIs, including Campaign Pipeline and Revenue Leverage, Pipeline Coverage, and Suspect Progression into Pipeline.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales, Partner Management, PFD, PreSales, Support, and Marketing teams to maximize revenue and pipeline growth in conjunction with Global, Zone, and Country Portfolio Development leads covering the Simcenter Portfolio.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Global and Country Portfolio Development leads, providing guidance on planning, execution, and measurement of portfolio development activities for DM portfolios.
  • Collaborate with the DM Global Portfolio Development team and AP countries to define strategies for accelerated growth, influencing both global teams and countries to make necessary changes.
  • Establish measurable goals for monitoring DM portfolio growth against each OKR in Global, Zone, and Country.
  • Work with Zone Director PfD/PreSales and GPFD to consolidate and prioritize critical feedback on product maturity, identifying functionality gaps, market opportunities, competitive feedback, and SMB market needs.
  • Take initiative to stimulate business opportunities from new situations, including M&A, market changes, etc.

Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Engineering
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within digital manufacturing industry
  • Extensive knowledge of Challenger selling

Expertise in Digital Manufacturing solutions and competitive products is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to drive results independently
  • Experience working with diverse APAC countries/cultures
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
