Job Title: Digital Assets Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Assets Strategist to drive our initiatives in the APAC region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting strategy and initiative roadmaps, ensuring governance and effective portfolio management.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in financial services with a strong understanding of financial infrastructure. You should be passionate about digital assets and distributed ledger/blockchain technology, with a track record of delivering complex projects/products in the Digital Asset/Fintech space.

Your skills should include:

  • Project management experience in managing portfolios of initiatives across different functions
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across a wide range of divisions, regions, and stakeholders
  • A good understanding of legal and regulatory landscape for Digital Assets, especially in the APAC region

  • Drive initiative management in the APAC region, including support setting the strategy and initiative roadmap, governance, and initiative portfolio management
  • Collaborate with business divisions to define priorities, manage cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, and ensure successful outcomes
  • Engage with the digital asset ecosystem to identify new opportunities and shape industry standards
  • Support regulatory, compliance, and risk engagements to ensure alignment with regional compliance standards
