Job Title: Compensation Consultant
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Compensation Consultant. This role will be based in our office and will involve working with our senior consultants on ongoing projects across rewards, benefits, talent analytics etc.
This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

- Be a strong team player and provide analytical support to senior consultants on ongoing projects.
- Have experience working in the domain of compensation, total rewards, and/or talent, preferably in an advisory environment.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation, and rewards practices, and trends, and best practices in talent management.
- Collaborate with various team leads/stakeholders on rewards advisory projects, providing external market insights across industry segments.
- Conduct research on reward practices, emerging pay, and talent trends using public and proprietary sources.
- Contribute to client relationship building through event planning support and day-to-day communication.
- Support in proposal development.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions.
- Collaborate with project teams on most effective ways to structure analyses and present information to meet client objectives.
What you need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, math, accounting, or HR preferred, with about 2-4 years of professional experience.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to independently initiate and complete tasks, ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- An analytical mindset and confidence in interpreting data-driven insights.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills.
- Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs.
- A commercial mindset and interest in client work.
