**Innovation Catalyst Position Available


We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to drive the development, implementation, and proliferation of proven learning innovations across the Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for fostering collaboration and driving growth through innovation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Innovation team to develop and implement strategies that promote the adoption of learning innovations.
  • Develop and curate engaging content for various platforms, showcasing innovative solutions and CWLI initiatives.
  • Lead community-building efforts to attract high-quality grant applicants and foster interest in innovation programs.
  • Evaluate programs and initiatives to improve intervention design and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A master's or bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, innovation, business management, education technology, or learning sciences.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in education and adult learning and training sectors, or a related role in Business Development/Corporate Development/Strategic Planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders, possessing strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Prior experience in facilitating and enabling commercialization of products and services.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to prepare effective presentation materials for senior management.
  • Ability to think critically and exercise good judgment to provide sound recommendations.
