Job Title: Expert Catalyst Developer

Sought after by our organization is a highly skilled catalyst developer to spearhead innovative growth initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction in the ASEAN and South Asian regions. This role involves collaborating with specialists in chemistry and engineering to develop optimal technical designs for catalysts, providing expert services to catalyst customers, and resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert technical support and innovative solutions in the application of catalysts.
  • Collaborate with chemists and engineers to develop optimal technical designs for catalysts.
  • Provide professional services to catalyst customers, including supervision of catalyst filling and plant start-up.
  • Troubleshoot issues and conduct onsite measurements to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Create comprehensive performance warranty offerings.
  • Provide expert consultation on catalyst applications and performance optimization.
  • Prepare and update operational manuals and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the chemical industry with at least 3 years in chemical plant operations.
  • Experience in catalyst technology is desirable.
  • Open to travel 40-50%.
