About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Catalyst Technical Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering and extensive experience in catalyst technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with chemists and engineers to develop optimal technical designs for sulfuric acid and styrene catalysts, ensuring competitiveness in the market.

Work closely with research and development to continuously improve catalyst technologies.

Provide expert services to catalyst customers, including supervision of catalyst filling and plant start-up.

">

Troubleshoot issues and conduct onsite measurements to maintain high customer satisfaction.

">

Regularly communicate with customers to gather feedback and insights.

">

Create comprehensive performance warranty offerings.

">

Develop value-price proposals that effectively communicate the benefits of catalysts.

">

Collaborate with marketing teams for successful product launch strategies.

">

Offer expert consultation on catalyst applications and performance optimization.

">

Prepare and update operational manuals and procedures.

">

Maintain accurate documentation of operational data and quality records.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering or a related field is required.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the chemical industry, with at least 3 years in chemical plant operations, is necessary.

Experience in catalyst technology is highly desirable.
