Job Title: Catalytic Solutions Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead sustainable growth initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction in the ASEAN and South Asian regions.

This role involves collaborating with specialists in chemistry and engineering to develop optimal technical designs for catalysts, providing expert services to catalyst customers, and resolving complex issues.

  • Deliver expert technical support and innovative solutions in the application of catalysts.
  • Collaborate with chemists and engineers to develop optimal technical designs for catalysts.
  • Provide professional services to catalyst customers, including supervision of catalyst filling and plant start-up.
  • Troubleshoot issues and conduct onsite measurements to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Create comprehensive performance warranty offerings.
  • Provide expert consultation on catalyst applications and performance optimization.
  • Prepare and update operational manuals and procedures.
