Job Title: Catalyst Expertise Lead

Job Description: Delivering technical expertise and innovative solutions in catalyst applications requires driving sustainable growth, ensuring customer satisfaction in ASEAN and South Asian regions.

As Catalyst Expertise Lead, you will collaborate with chemists and engineers to develop optimal technical designs for catalysts. This involves providing professional services to customers, including supervision of catalyst filling and plant start-up.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, conducting onsite measurements, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will create comprehensive performance warranty offerings and provide expert consultation on catalyst applications and performance optimization.

Key duties also involve preparing and updating operational manuals and procedures. To be successful in this role, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the chemical industry, at least 3 years in chemical plant operations, and desirable experience in catalyst technology.

This position entails being open to travel 40-50%.
