Technology Manager Role

As a Technology Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and innovative solutions in the application of catalysts.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical engineering or a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the chemical industry, with at least 3 years in chemical plant operations.

You will collaborate with chemists and engineers to develop optimal technical designs for catalysts and provide professional services to catalyst customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering expert technical support and innovative solutions in the application of catalysts.
  • Collaborating with chemists and engineers to develop optimal technical designs for catalysts.
  • Providing professional services to catalyst customers, including supervision of catalyst filling and plant start-up.
  • Troubleshooting issues and conducting onsite measurements to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Creating comprehensive performance warranty offerings.
  • Providing expert consultation on catalyst applications and performance optimization.
  • Preparing and updating operational manuals and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the chemical industry with at least 3 years in chemical plant operations.
  • Experience in catalyst technology is desirable.
  • Open to travel 40-50%.
