Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the chemical industry, with at least 3 years in chemical plant operations.
  • Desirable experience in catalyst technology, as well as managing stakeholders and customers in Indonesia.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong conceptual and analytical skills, capable of navigating complex business challenges.
