Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Catalyst Expert to join our team in the application of cutting-edge catalyst technologies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering expert technical support and guidance on the application of catalysts to drive sustainable growth and enhance customer satisfaction in the ASEAN and South Asian regions.
  • Collaborating with chemists and engineers to design and develop optimal technical solutions for catalysts.
  • Providing professional services to customers, including supervision of catalyst filling and plant start-up.
  • Troubleshooting issues and conducting onsite measurements to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Developing comprehensive performance warranty offerings that meet customer needs.
  • Offering expert consultation on catalyst applications and performance optimization to drive business success.
  • Preparing and updating operational manuals and procedures to ensure efficient operations.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the chemical industry, with at least 3 years in chemical plant operations.
  • Experience in catalyst technology is highly desirable.
  • An ability to travel up to 40-50% of the time.
