Strategic HR Business Partner

Job Description:

As a key member of the site management team, you will play a critical role in shaping the human resources strategy and ensuring its successful implementation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic guidance and support to site leaders and managers in achieving their organizational objectives.

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and counsel to site leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including labor relations, recruiting initiatives, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with other HR professionals across the corporation to identify opportunities for improving business results and creating integrated HR solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify potential issues and develop recommendations for addressing them.
  • Develop and administer programs designed to promote positive employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all employee relations activities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with site leaders and employees.
