Public Relations Specialist Role

Job Overview

The Public Relations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing public relations programs for projects, ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of project dynamics and the ability to manage relationships with contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement public relations strategies for projects to enhance their image and reputation.
  • Respond to inquiries, feedback, and complaints from the public in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate closely with contractors to identify and mitigate potential construction-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date file records for easy retrieval and reference.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Hold a GCE 'O'/'A' Level certificate or equivalent and possess 1-2 years of experience in public relations within the building trade as a BSC supervisor.
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
