Job Role: Power System Installation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to coordinate the installation of power systems in various industrial settings.

  • Expert knowledge in electrical engineering, with a focus on power distribution and automation.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing installation projects from planning to execution.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate installation projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with design engineers, construction managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress, identify potential risks, and provide guidance to installation teams.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in power system installation and coordination.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including CAD and project management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
