About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Security System Installation Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring the successful execution of security system installation projects.

You will be involved in every phase of the project, from planning and installation to testing, commissioning, and handover. This includes:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for all stakeholders during project execution.
  • Coordinating end-to-end installation of security systems, including CCTV, Access Control Systems, and Intrusion Detection Systems.
  • Reviewing technical documentation, such as drawings, installation plans, and method statements.
  • Planning and managing site activities, monitoring project milestones, and resolving on-site issues efficiently.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Conducting system testing and supporting commissioning activities.
  • Assisting with project handover, user training, and post-installation documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace safety, health regulations, and company standards.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

  • A diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, IT Engineering, or a related field.
  • No less than 2 years of experience in project coordination or engineering, preferably in security system installation.
  • Working knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, ACS, and IDS.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • A willingness to travel to project sites when required.
