**Responsibilities**:
Provide technical support and solutions to clients in terms of security and threat management for call-in and site analysis. You will provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders on the use of security systems. You will be the go-to person for any technical queries, and provide guidance on how to operate and maintain the system.

Installation and configuration of security solutions. You will assist and oversee the installation of the security system, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and handle any technical issues that arise.

Conduct security vulnerability assessments and provide recommendations for remediation. You will work with clients to understand their security needs and deploy the right security system that meets their requirements.

Document security processes, procedures, and protocols. You will maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance visits, and repair work for security systems. You will ensure that records are up to date and easily accessible for future reference.

Troubleshooting to security incidents and provide resolution. You will ensure that security systems are functioning properly and are up to date with the latest software and hardware upgrades. You will conduct regular maintenance checks, troubleshoot problems, and make necessary repairs.

Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.

Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in physical security. You will stay up to date with the latest security system technology, trends, and regulations to ensure that the company remains competitive and compliant with industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge and experience in security systems and solutions
- Understanding of networking and IT systems
- Experience in installing and configuring security solutions
- Familiarity with security management software such as IVMS, Entrypass Software, etc.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Class 3 driving license is a MUST
