Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities

">Job Description

As a highly skilled Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of engineered power solutions across Asia. This role is critical to ensuring project success from contract award through system commissioning and final customer handover.

You will oversee full project lifecycles, technical integration, customer coordination, supplier management, and commissioning processes. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing complex engineered systems projects in the power generation or critical infrastructure space.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead and coordinate all phases of project execution from planning to final delivery
  • Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards
  • Develop and manage project schedules, risk registers, financial tracking, and progress reporting
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand system design, particularly the integration of KPP units into site infrastructure
  • Review and validate technical documentation, including system drawings, power schematics, and site installation plans
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (Mechanical Engineering with relevant power systems experience will also be considered)
  • At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing complex engineered systems projects in the power generation or critical infrastructure space
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers, with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
  • Willingness to travel regionally for project coordination and site activities
