Job Title: Power Maintenance Assistant

Join a dynamic team and take on the challenge of maintaining power systems to ensure safe and reliable train service.

  • The Power Maintenance Assistant will work in a team to operate, maintain and repair equipment installed in the SMRT Power System.
Key Responsibilities:

The Assistant Engineer, Power Maintenance works in a team to operate, maintain and repair equipment installed in the SMRT Power System.

  1. Lead a team of technical officers to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works on SMRT power system equipment.
  2. Plan and execute maintenance schedule and staff duty rosters in consultation with EMM.
  3. Provide technical advice, information, and instructions to other staff.
  4. Assist EMM in conducting engineering and safety analysis, investigations, and tests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
  • Ability to lead by example, communicate effectively, and work as a team.
