The Canine Hospitality Manager will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness. They will ensure compliance with health and safety standards, foster a positive work culture, and maintain quality control in food and beverage preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise store operations, including management of inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
- Foster a positive work culture by promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Maintain quality control in food and beverage preparation, including regular store inspections.
- Be comfortable around canines and interact with animals, spending significant time with them daily.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to perform all roles within the cafe.
- Ability to do simple cooking and prepare drinks, with barista skills an advantage (training will be provided).
- Passion for the F&B industry and proven experience in delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Must have a strong love for dogs and cats of all sizes.
