Quantity Surveyor Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to assist our Contract Manager with cost-related tasks in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to cost estimate, cost planning, and cost management. They will also prepare contracts and documents, collaborate with sub-contractors and suppliers, and support budget preparation and cost presentation.

In addition, they will manage and resolve key contractual issues, evaluate progress payments and variations, and perform variation orders. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering/Building/Quantity Surveying and 3-5 years of work experience as a Quantity Surveyor in trackwork/construction.

They should possess strong negotiation skills, be able to perform cost-benefit analysis, and have experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software. Strong leadership skills and a positive work attitude are essential for this role.
