Expert Solutions Consultant

We're looking for an experienced consultant who will help us create new payment solutions for banks and financial institutions in APAC. You'll be part of our team in Singapore, working with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class payment service solutions to our partners and their customers.

As a Senior Presales Consultant, you'll apply your expertise and product knowledge to design intelligent and scalable payment solutions for our prospective partners. This will require you to work closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, Engineering teams to build strategies to successfully navigate complex sales cycles, deliver product demos, lead compelling solution presentations, and ultimately close deals to meet our regional GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You'll present our products and vision to executives & technical teams at banks and strategic enterprise partners, becoming their trusted advisor.
  • You'll act as an expert on Wise Platform products and the payments industry, tailoring solutions for partners by finding a match between our technology and their requirements.
  • You'll drive revenue alongside the business development team, being a key stakeholder in the sales process.
  • You'll provide technical assistance, working hands-on with prospects and partners to communicate the value of Wise Platform throughout the sales cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7-8 years of industry experience in presales or sales engineering roles, preferably in enterprise technology sales (in banks).
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial targets through consultative and solution-based sales skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
  • Established history of collaboration within or alongside financial institutions, demonstrating a strong grasp of their challenges and needs.
