We are seeking a highly skilled Payment Operations Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This role will provide support to our Asia payments team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in international payments and payment gateways, with a good understanding of the APAC market. Relevant experience with JIRA and SQL is a competitive advantage.
The successful candidate will be able to efficiently manage incoming and outgoing tasks based on priorities, and have a capacity to quickly learn new software and systems.
A strong hands-on mentality, solutions-mindedness and striving for excellence are essential qualities for this role. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and partners, are also required.
Responsibilities:- Testing and monitoring payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Working on incoming tickets related to incoming payments, payouts & fraud.
- Support and advice the management in all matters related to payment methods and systems.
- Support in the maintenance of in-house online payment systems.
- Investigate and resolve any payment-related issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Technology or similar qualification.
- Relevant experience with JIRA and SQL is a competitive advantage.
- Ability to efficiently manage incoming and outgoing tasks based on priorities.
- Capacity and will to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Strong hands-on mentality, solutions-mindedness and striving for excellence.
