At the forefront of innovation, we seek a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and integration of our global payment platform and compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a product roadmap to deliver seamless onramp, offramp, and settlement capabilities for our global payment platform.
  • Ideate and design payment and settlement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with banks and payment service providers to enhance our global payments platform.
  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap for our compliance platform, encompassing KYC, KYB, KYT, AML, Anti-fraud, Transaction Monitoring, and lead its development from scratch.
  • Collaborate with our compliance and legal teams to ensure our products and services adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory changes and monitor crypto industry trends to anticipate compliance requirements and potential risks.
  • Monitor and track compliance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our compliance product initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, designing and building global payment platforms, including fiat to crypto onramp, offramp, and compliance platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem, risk, and compliance in the industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to translate strategy into clear and actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated logical reasoning and critical thinking skills to analyze complex problems and situations.
  • High proficiency in technical product, system, and implementation details.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects in a dynamic environment.
