Customer Service and Admin Professional for a 1 Year Contract

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team on a contract basis. The role is perfect for an individual with customer service experience and admin skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers on sales orders and enquiries, providing prompt responses to meet their needs.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct order processing, administration duties, and support supply chain management as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma holder with 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service and administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $2500 - $2800 per month, plus a handphone allowance of $80.
- The opportunity to convert to a permanent role after completing the 1 year 6 months contract.
Working Arrangements:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm working hours.
- Location: Bencoolen (commuting costs not included).
