Job Title: Senior Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with supervisors and clients to ensure quality service delivery, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with supervisor and client to ensure quality service delivery
  • Support the overall operations of the establishment by ensuring that all utensils, equipment, and workspaces are sanitized and organized
  • Ensure all dishes, glassware, and silverware are washed and stored properly
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Perform other cleaning tasks as assigned by management
  • Assist in development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in cleaning or stewarding roles preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
