DESIGNATION : [Hyundai Global Service Tech] Service Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Obtain a customer Inquiry and submit a service quotation
- Coordination of Executing, operating, completing the service job
- Providing and submitting client invoices to the Head office
- Management of vendors

QUALIFICATIONS

1) Fluent English and Korean speaking skills to communicate with native Korean management team

2) Fluency in MS-Office (Excel / Word / PPT)

3) Positive mindset

4) Experience in Marine / Shipping industry is a plus

OTHER INFORMATION
- Working hours: 08:30~18:00 (Monday to Thursday), 08:30~17:30 (Friday)
- Annual leave : 15days ( The employee shall be granted one (1) additional day of annual leave for each completed calendar year)
