Job Scope

  • Organize and maintain uniform inventory, ensuring it is neatly stored and easily accessible for team members.
  • Assist team members at the Wardrobe Counter, responding to queries and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining a positive experience.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of the laundry team.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a laundry environment.
  • Able to stand and walk for long periods, with excellent physical stamina.
  • Basic sewing skills, including the ability to sew buttons.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and guests.
  • Able to commit to flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
