Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Process guest requests for wake-up calls, room service, and other amenities
  • Operate the hotel's telephone switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate extension
  • Log guest requests and issues into our computer system and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Provide information to guests about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Assist guests with accessing internet and guestroom entertainment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are a must
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Knowledge of Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program a plus
