JOB SCOPE

Accountable for managing food and beverage requests and delivering service to patrons. Ensure a welcoming and exceptional experience for all guests. Collaborate with fellow team members to prepare and organize the dining areas for service, ensuring that all necessary supplies and utensils are adequately stocked and checked before service begins. Attend to guest inquiries, promote menu items through suggestive selling, and possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu offerings. Manage all restaurant reservation inquiries via telephone and email. Perform various administrative tasks within the restaurant.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least a Secondary school education with 'O' Level qualifications; a Diploma in any discipline is a plus. A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or guest-facing roles, ideally within the hospitality sector. Hold a food hygiene and safety certification. Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Maintain a polished and professional appearance.
