About the Role:This is a part-time position that requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Serve customers with a smile, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional
- Prepare and present menus, highlighting promotional items and answering questions about menu offerings
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, preparing drinks and desserts as needed
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality presentation
- Clean tables after customers have finished dining, returning dishes to the kitchen for cleaning
- Perform cashiering duties when required, handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy
- Contribute to opening and closing duties, including drink preparation and housekeeping tasks
- Dishwash when required, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
