Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Service Delivery Executive. This position involves being a key point of contact for clients, providing customer-centric service to maintain long-term client relationships in the Asia Pacific region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing shipment import and export within the Asia Pacific region, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on service delivery details, engaging in inbound and outbound operational activities, performing escalating and reporting of deliverables and data input, and working closely with internal teams and departments on review and stocking of inventory.
Additionally, the candidate will work closely with internal cross-functional teams to define, plan and execute service improvement projects in a timely manner and support regional service delivery projects.
Requirements- 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics & supply chain industry;
- Experience managing import and export activities in the Asia Pacific region;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Meticulous and detail-oriented;
- Able to work well independently, as well as effectively in a team;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
