Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Management: You'll manage regional customer accounts and relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer satisfaction.

  5. Quarterly Business Reviews: Initiate and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), participate in on-site client meetings, and address any critical account issues.
  6. Talent Development: Mentor and support on-site reps in business development, ensuring commercial efforts are aligned and profitable.
  7. Cross-Regional Collaboration: Coordinate cross-regional activities and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders globally to ensure unified commercial execution.
  8. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding operational needs and ensuring the right resources are in place.
  9. Client Engagement: Track and manage client engagement activities in the CRM system, ensuring documentation of meetings, opportunities, and follow-ups.
  10. Market Research: Conduct market research and provide insights on competitors, pricing strategies, and technology trends, contributing to informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  11. Event Planning: Support event planning and assess return on investment (ROI) for trade show participation, optimizing visibility and resource use.
