Job Overview:

Proactively deliver superior customer experiences throughout clients' visits to the showroom and online platforms.

  • Be the first point-of-contact for clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service across the client's journey with Space.
  • Manage and resolve after-sales service enquiries, attend to customer complaints professionally, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems and facilitate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Obtain and provide regular feedback on service levels to improve existing systems, workflows, policies, and procedures.

Maintain client databases and engage clientele through proactive communication.

Requirements:

Diploma holder preferred or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
