As a key member of our team at Inchcape Singapore, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain accurate data in our databases and information systems.
Responsibilities- Input, update, and verify data in databases or information systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Manage VIP and selected call lists, including regular updates and relevant status updates in CRM and Dealer Management System.
- Assist in preparation of outbound call lists for call agents' use.
- Maintain and update database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitions for data elements and tables.
- Make outgoing calls, such as NPS, Onboarding, and MRS servicing calls to customers, with timely follow-ups and compilation of reports.
- Answer or make calls to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or issues with products and services.
- Raise and follow up on service tickets for system issues or enhancements and user access/permissions.
- Follow up on technical case tickets raised to support process owners managing projects.
- Prepare invoices and receive orders in SAP Concur and Coupa systems.
- Tabulate sales incentives and consolidate sales performance reports.
- Assist with ad-hoc initiatives/tasks as required.
