Job Overview

This role entails cultivating a positive and professional working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer service requests in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Operation Lead in managing daily DC Operations and periodic Preventive Maintenance Management effectively.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of the DC to identify and report faults or defects promptly.
  • Ensure uptime of critical M&E systems, respond to EPMS, BMS, and Fire System alarms, and contain or isolate faults efficiently.
  • Perform routine checklists to guarantee no environmental abnormalities and that all critical M&E systems are functioning properly.
Job Requirements:
  • ITE/Nitec/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or an equivalent field of study is essential.
  • A strong understanding and experience with electrical and mechanical systems used in data centers is necessary.
  • Experience with complex automatic control equipment, including relay logic, PLCs, building management systems, and integration with data center infrastructure is required.
