Operations Coordinator with Administrative Expertise

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our operations at JOY CO-LIVING PTE. LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Data Management: Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Logistics Support: Assist with logistics and transportation as needed, including driving company vehicles.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and documents as required.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid driving license and a clean driving record.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software (PDF), Knowledge of Accounting software (Xero, Zoho).
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
