We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing customer inquiries, processing quotations, and managing orders for Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer complaints, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Quotation Processing: Review and process customer requests for quotes, ensuring accurate and efficient communication with internal teams.
- Order Management: Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate order records.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
