**Customer Service Team Leader
Teleport Asia Pacific is currently looking for a Customer Service Team Leader.
This position reports to our General Manager.
**Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading, motivating and training the Customer Service team members
in all aspects
- Leads Customer Service team in achieving all service-level agreement (SLA) scores
- Manage and maintain rate loading and to track affiliate reliability in various regions
- Ensuring that team is consistently trained and engaged on all aspects of the business
- Analyse and take immediate action on a monthly basis to assist to SLA scores
- Prepare and complete regular and ad-hoc reports and take on special projects when
required.
- Chairs and participates in regular departmental meetings and daily briefings
**Job Requirements:
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, values, and skills that follow:
- 2 years related experience including supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that
reflects highly on the Company.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, team and communication skills.
- Highly detail oriented, organizational skills and able to handle multi priorities under
pressure.
- Strong understanding of call centre systems and Customer Relationship Management
processes.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
