
Customer Service Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and organised leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant concepts.
- Lead, train, and supervise service staff to ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
- Handle guest relations professionally, resolving feedback and ensuring memorable dining experiences.
- Monitor floor performance, staff allocation, and service flow for efficiency.
- Work closely with the culinary and bar teams to maintain smooth coordination.
- Assist in stock management, rostering, and cost control measures.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards in line with company policies.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in F&B operations, with prior supervisory or assistant manager experience.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
