**Summary
- The IT Regional Hub Leader (Asia) provides senior leadership for Ensinger’s Asian IT operations responsible for Business Applications and IT Infrastructure supporting the safe, productive and profitable operation of multiple sales, warehousing and manufacturing facilities. Additionally, the incumbent will lead efforts in Cyber Security and serve as the primary point of contact on Ensinger’s global IT team. _
- One of the most important points is the focus of future E-Commerce alignment for the Asian market.**Responsibilities**
- Promote safe work practices and demonstrates a zero tolerance for non-compliance with safe work practices, policies and regulations
- Lead Cyber Security efforts to defend against incidents of compromise and coordinate incident response if required
- Build up an Asia wide E-Commerce platform
- Coordinate Business Process Management and Master Data Management initiatives
- Build relationships with key business stakeholders within Ensinger to understand strategic direction and support local operational needs
- Propose system enhancements to improve performance and reliability
- Develop and manage annual budgets for hardware, software, personnel, outside contractors, etc.
- Provide leadership in the face of adverse or unusual situations
- Perform customary management and supervisory responsibilities, including goal setting, planning, direction, training and evaluation
- Up to 15% travel may be required, including international

**Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practice IT policies, standards and guidelines
- Working knowledge of IT solutions for manufacturing, sales and distribution operations related to: safety, production, maintenance, economics and equipment utilisation
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
- Demonstrated effective communication skills and strong customer service orientation
- ERP system experience preferred, Infor Syteline a plus
- Information Systems or applicable bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 10 years applicable professional experience
- Applicable technical certifications a plus
